7. Vendor Agreement
7.1 Agreement
This Vendor Agreement applies to every store owner or vendor who applies to sell on VendorHive Stores. By applying, registering, uploading products, accepting orders, or using vendor tools, the vendor agrees to this Agreement.
7.2 Vendor Information
The vendor agrees to provide correct and updated business information. False information may lead to rejection, suspension, delayed payment, or removal from the platform.
7.3 Legal Products and Services
The vendor agrees to list only legal products and services. The vendor must not list fake, stolen, expired, unsafe, unlawful, prohibited, misleading, or unauthorized products.
7.4 Product Quality and Fulfillment
The vendor is responsible for product quality, correct descriptions, pricing, stock availability, packaging, and order fulfillment. The vendor must fulfill orders on time and communicate promptly if there is a problem.
7.5 Customer Communication
Vendors must communicate respectfully with customers and VendorHive Stores. Harassment, insults, threats, discrimination, fraud, or abusive language may lead to suspension.
7.6 Refunds and Disputes
The vendor must cooperate with refund requests, complaint reviews, and dispute resolution. Where the vendor is at fault, the vendor may be responsible for refunding the customer, replacing the item, or resolving the complaint.
7.7 Fees and Commission
VendorHive Stores may charge commission, service fees, listing fees, subscription fees, promotion fees, or other agreed charges. Fees and settlement terms may be communicated separately or displayed in the vendor dashboard.
7.8 Payment Settlement
Vendor payments may be processed through approved payment systems and may be subject to deductions for commission, refunds, chargebacks, payment provider fees, promotional fees, delivery fees, or other agreed charges.
Settlement timelines may depend on payment provider processing, order completion, fraud checks, refund windows, and dispute status.
7.9 Delivery
Vendors may use VendorHive-approved delivery options such as Bolt, Yango, approved dispatch riders, courier services, or other verified delivery partners in Ghana. Vendors must prepare orders accurately before dispatch.
7.10 Social, Live and Gift Features
Vendors may use social and live features to promote their products, engage customers, and build their audience. Vendors must not use these features for nudity, sexual content, fraud, fake giveaways, hate speech, harassment, illegal products, misleading claims, violence, threats, or underage misuse.
7.11 Suspension and Termination
VendorHive Stores may suspend, restrict, or terminate a vendor account for fraud, customer complaints, illegal listings, poor service, non-compliance, harmful content, or breach of this Agreement.

5. Vendor Policy
5.1 Purpose
This Vendor Policy sets the rules for store owners and vendors who join VendorHive Stores.
5.2 Vendor Verification
Vendors must provide correct business and contact information. VendorHive Stores may request additional verification before approving a store.
Information may include:
- Vendor full name
- Business/store name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Business location
- Product/service category
- Payment account details
- Social media page or business proof
- Identification where appropriate
5.3 Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must:
- Provide accurate business information
- Upload only legal products and services
- Use clear product images and descriptions
- State prices honestly
- Avoid misleading customers
- Keep stock information updated
- Fulfill orders on time
- Package items properly
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Accept responsibility for product quality
- Cooperate with refunds and dispute reviews
- Follow VendorHive Stores policies
5.4 Vendor Prohibitions
Vendors must not:
- Sell fake, stolen, expired, unsafe, illegal, or prohibited goods
- Mislead customers with false claims
- Upload another brand’s products without authorization
- Accept payment outside the platform to avoid fees where prohibited
- Abuse customers or other vendors
- Run fake promotions or giveaways
- Use live features for prohibited content
5.5 Vendor Suspension
VendorHive Stores may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove a vendor for:
- Fraud
- Repeated customer complaints
- Fake products
- Illegal items
- Poor fulfillment
- Misleading listings
- Harassment
- Policy violations
- Refusal to resolve valid complaints
