6.2 Prohibited Items and Services
Vendors must not list, sell, promote, or distribute:
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Stolen goods
- Counterfeit/fake products
- Expired products
- Unsafe food or consumables
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or dangerous items
- Pornographic or sexual products/content where unlawful or inappropriate
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or illegal services
- Fraudulent documents or fake certificates
- Hate-related products
- Products that violate intellectual property rights
- Products banned by Ghanaian law
- Products requiring special licenses without proof of authorization
- Any product VendorHive Stores considers unsafe, deceptive, illegal, or harmful
6.3 Regulated Products
Some products may require additional review, including:
- Health products
- Beauty/skincare products with medical claims
- Supplements
- Baby products
- Food items
- Electronics
- Branded items
- High-value goods
VendorHive Stores may request proof of authenticity, safety, source, license, or authorization.
6.4 Removal and Suspension
VendorHive Stores may remove prohibited listings without notice and may suspend vendors who violate this policy.
