This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how delivery works on VendorHive Stores and who is responsible for delivery-related issues.
4.2 Delivery Methods
VendorHive Stores may use:
- Vendor-managed delivery
- Bolt delivery
- Yango delivery
- Approved dispatch riders
- Courier services
- Other verified and approved delivery partners in Ghana
4.3 Customer Delivery Details
Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including name, phone number, location, address, GPS/location pin where available, and any special delivery instructions.
VendorHive Stores may allow customers to manually enter their location or use automatic location detection where supported.
4.4 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees may vary depending on location, distance, delivery partner, item type, vendor location, urgency, and special handling requirements. Delivery fees should be shown or communicated before final delivery where possible.
4.5 Delivery Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for preparing the correct product or service for dispatch. Delivery partners are responsible for transporting items once accepted for delivery. Customers are responsible for being available to receive their orders.
VendorHive Stores may help coordinate delivery but may not be responsible for delays caused by wrong customer details, vendor delay, rider unavailability, traffic, weather, network issues, or third-party delivery problems.
4.6 Failed Delivery
A delivery may fail if:
- The customer is unreachable
- The customer gives a wrong location
- The customer refuses the item without valid reason
- The customer is unavailable
- The delivery partner cannot access the location
- The vendor provides wrong or incomplete package details
Extra delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
4.7 Delivery Complaints
Delivery complaints should be sent to:

Customers should include order ID, vendor name, delivery partner if known, rider details if available, screenshots, and a clear explanation of the issue.
