Vendor approval path
Sign up with your email and verify your phone number. Vendor and customer accounts are completely separate.
Submit a government-issued ID (Ghana Card), selfie and liveness check. All documents stay private — customers never see them.
Add your store name, type, category, location, payout details and accept the VendorHive vendor agreement and off-platform policy.
The main admin reviews your application. Approved vendors unlock the full store dashboard to add products, services, live sessions and feed posts.
