VendorHive requires customers and vendors to keep all communication, payments, booking arrangements, and order-related discussions on the platform.
Sharing phone numbers, social media handles, external links, or payment details to bypass VendorHive is not allowed. Transactions completed outside VendorHive are not protected and may lead to account restrictions, payout holds, or suspension.
Why this policy exists
- To protect customers from scams and fake vendors.
- To protect vendors from fake buyers and false claims.
- To preserve order, booking, complaint, refund, and payment evidence.
- To protect VendorHive commissions and platform safety.
Not allowed
- WhatsApp numbers or wa.me links.
- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, Snapchat, email, or external websites.
- Direct MoMo/payment numbers or external payment links.
- Requests to call, text, DM, or pay outside VendorHive.
